"Data Minimization" principle.
2. How Our Service Works
SOLMIIR provides an all-inclusive AI Front Office for your website, including voice AI, text chat, and
knowledge base capabilities. Here's how we handle your data:
- AI Processing: Conversations between your website visitors and the AI
Front Office are processed through our AI infrastructure. We use industry-standard AI providers
to deliver intelligent responses.
- No Training on Your Data: Neither SOLMIIR nor our infrastructure providers use your
conversational data or your website's knowledge base content for AI training.
- Data Encryption: All data in transit and at rest is protected using
enterprise-grade encryption.
3. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and name provided during signup.
- Website Data: The URL and content of the website you connect to your AI
Front Office, used solely for training your AI's knowledge base.
- Conversation Logs: Interactions between your visitors and the AI Front Office,
retained for analytics and service improvement.
- Billing Information: Payment data is processed securely by our payment provider
(Gumroad). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- Usage Logs: Minimal logs (timestamps, feature usage, voice minutes) for
debugging and service improvement.
4. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with the following third parties:
- AI Providers: For generating intelligent responses, we use third-party AI
infrastructure providers. Conversation data is sent to these providers solely for response generation.
- Payment Processors: Gumroad for secure payment processing.
- Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication.
- Google Analytics: For anonymous website usage analytics.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and conversation logs as long as your subscription is active.
Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request
immediate full account deletion at any time by contacting support.
6. Your Rights
- Access: You may request a copy of your personal data at any time.
- Deletion: You may request full deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability: You may export your conversation logs and knowledge base data.
- Correction: You may update or correct your personal information at any time.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including enterprise-grade encryption, automatic PII masking,
and compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC
2-compliant cloud providers.
