1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOLMIIR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

SOLMIIR provides an all-inclusive AI Front Office service for websites. Our service includes:

  • AI Front Office: An intelligent voice and text chatbot that handles customer inquiries on your website 24/7.
  • Knowledge Base: AI learns from your website content to provide accurate, context-aware responses.
  • Voice AI: Real-time voice conversation capabilities. All plans include 200 voice minutes per month. Voice Pack add-on available for $79/mo (200 extra minutes).
  • Pricing: AI Front Office at $199/month and Enterprise at custom pricing. All plans cover the platform, AI processing, and included features. No hidden API costs.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • No Free Trial: No free trial is offered. Cancel anytime with no long-term contracts.
  • Pricing: AI Front Office is $199/month, Enterprise is custom pricing.
  • Billing Cycle: Service is billed monthly (30 days) in advance.
  • Payment Failure: If payment fails, you will have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After 3 days of non-payment, your service will be suspended until payment is resolved.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: All sales are final. You may cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Usage & Overage

  • AI Front Office ($199/mo): 1,500 messages/month, 200 voice minutes/month, knowledge base documents. Overage: $0.05/message, $0.30/voice minute. Hard cap: 4,500 messages, 600 minutes.
  • Enterprise (Custom): Custom limits, dedicated account manager, SLA, white label, API access.
  • Rollover: Unused voice minutes and messages do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring the content provided to the AI knowledge base does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI outputs will be accurate or error-free. While our AI Front Office is designed to provide helpful responses, it should not be relied upon alone for critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLMIIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from AI responses or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
